One of the best way of showing your love although a bit tedious in preparing, its worth the effort

 

Ingredients:

1               small to medium sized dog (cleaned & cut into serving sized pieces)

4 250g pouches Del Monte Tomato Sauce

5 cups Vinegar

6 handful peppercorns

7 tbs Salt

2               heads of Garlic crushed

2               cups Onion

6 cups water (or enough to just cover meat in pot)

7 cups Potatoes

2               cups Carrots

1 can Liver spread

1               cup Bell pepper

3 Pcs Bay Leaf

                 Hot Sauce (as little or much as desired)

 

¨ Marinate meat in Vinegar, Salt and Garlic for at least 3 hours

¨ Brown Meat, remove from pot and set aside

¨ Sweat Onions until translucent

¨ Deglaze pot with tomato sauce and water.

¨ Return meat to pot

¨ Add Bell peppers, Bay Leaf

¨ Add Hot Sauce (optional/as desired)

¨ Simmer until meat is tender

¨ Add liver spread, mix well

¨ Simmer for another 10 minutes

¨ Enjoy!
