At the end of the F/A 18 'Blue Angels' display team routine, the support plane , nicknamed Fat Albert , does a JATO (Jet Assisted Take Off) .....
It involves strapping on 8 -10 rockets to the sides for the planes and ignitin' them at take off to assist in gettin' a heavy load into the sky quickly, it's used here to just add a spectacular ending to a always spectacular display from the Blue Angels display team.
