Round 2 Preview:

 

Big Show v Outback Razorbacks:

This game will probably be Manta Divisions match of the round. Both teams came off in the first round with comfortable wins and now they are ready to go head to head. Big Show is the side that has all the experience and is probably the best team in Manta Division. With this aside, if Big Show don't correctly use their players in the game we will have an upset on our hands. After saying this my tip is for Big Show to win by 10points.

Mystic Wizards 2 v Brisbane Bombers:

Mystic came off with a 15 point loss which saw their place in the ladder go down significantly, and Brisbane came off with a one point win over the Kilarney Cats. This game is definately going to be close, Brisbane are the new comers to the league and are of course the underdogs for this game. Although Mystic lost in last round they will get up and have a convincing win against Brisbane who are still a fledgling side to the league. I tip Mystic to win by 25points.

North Ormeau v Noble Park Rattlesnakes:

North Ormeau come into this game with a win and the Rattlesnakes with a loss. The Rattlesnakes midfield will have to pull together and get more touches of the ball and send it down into their attacking 50m line to pull a win over North Ormeau. But North Ormeau just struggled on in for their win last round, they still have the drive to win more games. I can't really see the Rattlesnakes beating North Ormeau as they are just too good aside, I tip North Ormeau to win convincingly by 50points.

Urinal Cakes v Nieblehiem Chocobos:

Both sides came off with a loss in Round One, but by looking at the score lines the Chocobos held in there alot longer then the Cakes. Vincent Valentine of the Chocobos will need to continue his good form from last game to secure a win for his team. After the Cakes 100+ point thrashing by McCrae they will be disheartened and wanting a win. This drive may pull them up to put a win on the ladder but I doubt that the Cakes will be able to play all four quarters of footy as they seem to run out of steam after half time. I tip the Chocobos to win quite easily with a 40point victory.

Kilarney Cats v McCrae Mullets:

After the total annihilation of the Urinal Cakes last round it is fair to say that the Mullets will win this game without much trouble. The Cats were always going to be the underdogs in this game after their one point loss to Brisbane. They have the drive and the stamina to stay in the game all four quarters but they aren't as strong a side as what McCrae is. This will be a very hard game for both sides and McCrae will have to earn their win this round, not like last round where they probably could of played with their backline only. I tip the Mullets to win this game after a hard slog by 30points.
