(The Rainbow City) -- Deep caverns in Tibet, as well as an underground
roadway in Peru, lead to the Rainbow City -- part of Agharta, a Utopian
land inhabited by the mystical Goro Dagger-monks. It is believed
that several prominent Nazi Progenitors escaped to the Rainbow City at
the end of WWII, setting up secret laboratories and factories, plotting
a Fourth Reich. They are believed to be struggling with the Mind
powers of the Goro Monks, though some whisper of alliance between the two
