Dentists who are agents of the Conspiracy can, when commanded, implant an auditory surveillance device (ASD) into a patient's tooth, making anything they (and others nearby) say completely audible to Conspiracy operatives. Dentists not in service to the Conspiracy can generally be bought easily, or conditioned to perform the task, with the event wiped from their minds afterward.
"Cleanup" crews -- remove all signs of Conspiracy involvement after any unplanned event or crisis. Spray-cans of acid used to remove fingerprints and disfigure faces; any registered firearms or other means of tracing anything to the Conspiracy are removed. Temporal magicks may be used, since operatives seem to consistently arrive before mundane officials, and seem to accomplish amazing amounts of covering-up before such officials arrive. Mind magicks are used to replace or erase the memories of any witnesses to the event, and to discourage any notice of the operatives themselves as they go about their business. Sometimes, when extra-terrestrial or extra-dimensional entities have been involved, devices are used to sterilize and sanitize the dimensional environment as well (see Qui La Machinae).
Location of subjects on city streets through a system of widespread
devices that react to implants in the subject, causing payphones to ring,
which indicates to operatives the exact location of the subject (these
operatives are usually mobile, in a black cadillac or other agency vehicle
with the proper surveillance equipment). In the last ten years this
method has become somewhat outdated due to new developments in tecknology,
but it can still be used quite easily, though somewhat less accurately.
Tunnels networking the entire United States and most of Europe, through
which high-speed, high-tech subterranean transports travel. Union
operatives and even sympathizers use these tunnels to travel to distant
locations quickly -- a trip from from San Fransisco to New York City takes
from 1-10 minutes. There are a few tunnels that run underwater from
New York to London, Paris, and Madrid. These are said to operate
on space-warping technology, related to the tesseract.
