No Serpentlord will transfer venoms to any non-serpent.

No Serpentlord will transfer any venom known as illegal.  These venoms are 
those that are not sold by Noxlar.

Legal venoms being :

delphinium
eurypteria
xentio
oculus
larkspur
kalmia
euphorbia
oleander
digitalis
epteth
darkshade
epseth
curare
colocasia
aconite

No Serpentlord will transfer venoms to any other Serpent that does not have 
both envenom in Weaponry and dstab in Subterfuge.

Any request for illegal venom will be handle thus:
The Serpentlord that does supply any illegal venoms to a Serpent will place 
the venom on whatever weapons the Serpent requests. These weapons are 
restricted to Dirks or Whips. Envenoming any other weapon is strictly 
prohibited.

Punishment for violating this policy will be the same as disloyalty.
