A person without Psoriasis, has skin cells which reproduce themselves every 15 to 20 hours. Psoriasis sufferers skin cells reproduce at about every 11 hours where they don't have Psoriasis, and between 3-6 hours where they do have psoriasis. We produce all our skin cells much much quicker than other people, and the psoriasis areas even quicker.
