Morak is on a special diet, consisting of more vegetable protien than animal. However, being Klingon, he tends to eat more meat, especially raw, or as
close to it as possible. There have been a couple of instances
of him loosing conciousness due to the lack of vegetable protien in his diet,
however, the condition was treated fairly easily.
Psychological Profile :
His parents were killed when he was studying at the Klingon Warrior Academy,
and this still remains a subject that he is very reluctant to talk about. He
feels their loss a personal insult, as the attack that
killed them was conducted by a Klingon warrior, and the High Council had
labeled the attack as a Romulan attempt at invasion into the area. The
Klingon High Council continues to state that this was a Romulan attack,
whereas Morak still argues that the event was staged by Klingon Warriors. He
states he has proof of three KDF Officer's participation, but, so far, no
proof has been brought forth. Up until age 27, Morak believed himself to be a
full Klingon. At that time, he underwent a slight change, and his telepathic
abilities emerged. He is a little disturbed by the fact that he is constantly
bombarded with the thoughts and feelings of people in close proximity, and
has attempted to supress it with mental barriers, and even prescription
inhibitors. His performance is not affected by the inhibitors currently, and
his general mood improves. Having only learned of his telepathic abilities
recently, he feels very inadequate among other telepaths, even though his
levels would meet !
or exceed most of those he would come across. He has taken a
leave of abscence on Betazed in order to learn how to erect his
mentalbarriers.

Fitness Reports :
Cadet Morak is bitter at the death of his parents. This was his primary
reason for leaving the Klingon Warrior Academy after only 1 year of studies.
Once this issue is resolved, I feel he will excel, possibly even
into Command.
--CDR Maria Gonzalez, Advisor, Star Fleet Academy
Lt Morak is a dedicated Security Officer, who will do anything to
ensure the safety of his ship and his crew. During our last mission, he
sacrificed his personal safety in order to rescue a team of Ambassadors
trapped by terrorists. It is with pleasure that I award him a Commendation
for Action Above and Beyond the Call of Duty.
--CAPT Keslinda Pehl, CO, USS MERCILESS
Lt Morak is hereby declared fit, and is cleared for return to
ActiveDuty.
--Trisha Martin, Counselor, Star Fleet Command
LCDR Morak is one of the most interesting officers I have ever served
with. He will not discuss his personal history. He is extremely stubborn,
almost to the point of being annoying. He tends to follow his gut feelings,
and after a couple of times, I have learned to listen to them also. He is
loyal and hard working.
--CAPT James Marghin, CO, USS WATERLOO
CDR Morak has definitely grown during his time as my Exec. He has
learned more about the rigors of command, and that there is more than the
safety of the crew at stake, but also the safety of the Federation as a
whole. Being a Starship captain is the most rewarding and demanding job in
history. I think he will succeed.

Lt Morak is in critical condition. His metabolism and other biological
processes are changing rapidly. I have never seen anything like this.
Originally, I thought it was due to an insufficient diet, however that does
not appear to be the case. It now appears that Morak's condition is
stabilizing. Upon running a phsyiological scan of his cereberal cortex, I
have noticed increased
activity in the area normally associated with telepathic/empathic abilities.
This is unusual for a Klingon. I am going to suggest he be tested for such
abilities.
Upon consultation with Star Fleet Medical, we have concluded the changes in
Lt Morak to be the result of a predetermined change in his DNA structure. It
appears as if the changes are complete, for now at least.
There are now signs of Vulcan and Betazed DNA in his system. This would
account for his strong results on the Psi-Rating test. It looks as if this
were the result of a genetic expirement, similar to the Eugenics
programs in Earth's history.
--Dr Marcus Kratas, Assistant CMO, USS MERCILESS
It has been determined that Lt Morak is a genetically created being, in a
project sanctioned by the Klingon High Council in order to produce a race of
telepaths during the Changeling attacks. His past was a fraud. This
information is hereby being classified TOP SECRET, along with the records of
the expirement conducted by the Klingon Medical Command. This is to stop this
information from being readily available. He is going to be taking a leave of
abscence on Betazed in order to learn how to build his mental barriers
