My tactics are different from time to time. When I play against High Elves, I try to meet the attacking regiment with the most equal regiment I have. This is easier when you play agianst High Elves since they are very simillar. This way I will not loose a regiment quickly which would leave me more wounerable. The best way to win a battle is to have many boltthrowers, cold ones, repeater crossbows and strong sorcerers. The bad thing with this way is that it�s not that fun. You just shoot every one down before you can get into hand to hand combat, but it is efficient. If you manage to take out a key character like a magician or the general you will quickly find that you have a strong advantage. However, before you try to kill a character espesially a special character, make sure that you can kill him/her/it. I have lost whole regiments because I charged a special character that I couldn�t even wound.
