
My evil foe lies apon me ready to punch my block off any second.

I take my right arm and grab his upper left arm (a couple of inches below the shoulder)

Then I take my left hand and grab right above his left wrist (while still also holding him below his left shoulder)

I take my right foot....

I take my right foot and wrap it arond his left foot (while still holding his arm and above wrist)

Where my left hand is on his left wrist I pull to the left and force him off balance.

After I pulled him off balance I rotated my left hip up forcing him over to the ground . Now I will be on top.
remeber in order to make this or any other technique to work it must be executed like a reflex, extremely fast...or your opponent will stop the technique from working!
