
My opponent stands ready to punch.

I block with my left hand.

While blocking with my left hand I grab his right wrist.

I punch to his shoulder with my right fist

Right after the punch I bring my elbow up and elbow my opponent under his right under arm

I bring my arm up from the elbow.

Coming down from the elbow I slam the back of my fist into the center of my opponents forearm

After the back fist I quickly adjust my grip to the back of his wrist.

I get ready to elbow him again.

"BAM!" I elbow my opponents upper arm once more leaving him their to complain about his sore arm.
Remeber in order to make this or any other technique to work it must be executed like a reflex, extremely fast...or your opponent will stop the technique from working!
