Even I'm not aloud in there. But I'm here to guard it." You look down at the parchment...

I've got a new way of judging award winners. Every two weeks I'll randomly choose 4 people from my address book. They are the jury. I'll mail them the contestants and they'll choose their two favorites. I will also choose. The site with the most choices is the winner.
