Lambs Wool

2 1/4 pints strong ale
6 cooking apples
1 tsp grounded ginger
1/4 tsp grated nutmeg
brown sugar
Raost the apples in a hot oven until the are soft and pulpy. Remove their skins and cores and stir the pulp into the hot ale. Stir in the spices and sugar to taste and serve very hot

Maranade For Fish

6 tbls lemon or lime juice
a pawful of pounded fresh coriander leaves
1 crushed garlic clove
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
1/2 tsp paprika
salt to taste

This Moroccan recipe is good with most types of fish, particularly if you want to grill of barbecue them

Summer Salad

3 large cucumbers (or tomatoes),diced and peeled
1 large onion,diced
vinagerette salad dressing of choice

Directions:
1. Mix together onion and cucumbers/tomatoes
2. pour dressing over onion cucmber/tomato mixture
3. refrigerate for 2 hrs.Toss before serving very cold.

Tomato soup

1. squash tomatoes.

2.add tomato to boiling water.

3. Add basil.

Cornflower soup

rasberry wine

corn kernals (cooked)

1. Mix cornflower and some raspberry wine in a pot.

2. Boil.

3. Pour over corn.

4.eat

Salad

2 to 5 hard-boiled eggs
Lettus
Cheese (grated)
Carrots (grated)
Chopped up tomato


1: Take shell off hard boiled eggs and cut up.
2: Put with lettus into a bowl.
3:Add grated cheese.
4Add grated carrots and tomato.
5: Enjoy!
