Out
appears a creature moulded in ice, it breaks out of the ice mould and then
it raises it arms and gathers ice magic. Then it throws
out a blizzard of ice which freezes all the enemy
party.

This
Guardian Force can be obtained when you log on to the Network Computer on
the (2F) 2nd floor of Balamb Garden classroom. Select the Tutorial menu to
receive both Shiva and Quezalcoatl.
