Welcome to the Game Information Section. Here is where you will find any and all information you need for character creation. House rules are listed here, along with information for those of you that want to get into the game. If there is anything else you'd like to see here, let the Storytellers know.
Character Creation Rules
Here is a basic rundown of all the rules of character creation, step by step. If there are any questions, please email the storyteller by the link right above. Also, some merits and flaws are restricted. Any conflicts will be taken care of when you submit your character for approval. No character may be played until it is submitted and then subsequently approved.
Attributes: Primary:7, Secondary:5, Tershiary:3
Negative Attributes: 5 total, but no more than two in any category (physical, mental, or social).
Abilities: 5 to start.
Disciplines: 3 to start, though no out of clan disciplines to start.
Merits: As many as negative points may allow.
Flaws: Up to a total of 5 negative traits worth.
Derangements: If you are Malkavian, you have one to start automatically. Otherwise, you may take one extra derangement for 2 extra negative points.
Generation: 11th to start, you may go up to 8th at a cost of two traits per generation.
Influences: 3 to start, pay attention to the limits of the Influences listed below. All characters influence combined is compared to the limit.
Beast Traits: All characters start with one, and may take one extra for 2 extra negative points.
Though you have the capability of taking up to 14 negative points, (5 flaws, 5 negative traits, 2 for a derangement and 2 for a beast), only 10 negative points are availiable to you.

House Rules
Character Death - No character deaths are to be final unless approved by a member of the storytelling team.
Shotgunning Challenges - After failing any test, you must wait a minimum of 15 minutes before initiating the same test against the same individual.
