Council of Akas of Agula

The Council of Akas of Agula works rather simply. The five People that make up the council are. The Three Island Captains, The Overseer, and the First Sword. The Council can be called to order, one of two ways.

One being the following. If any one of the five upon the Council wish to have a vote apon any matter they may need the attention called to the Council.

Or, one of the members of Akas Of Agula. Explains His/Her problem to one of the three Captains and convinces one or more that council be held.

The Job of the OverSeer - In Council meetings, The Overseer has the job of controling the issues at hand. Allowing each of the Council members to speak his thoughts and opinions on the various issues. He will then speak his own. The words of the Overseer should be taken with grave consideration. For he has the right to hold the Council in place until the propper things are seen, and understood.

The Job of the Three Captains - The Job of the three captains is this. They simply listen to the members of Akas of Agula speak. When all of them are done speaking. The OverSeer shall call apon them one by one for them to speak their Mind. Proceeding this. Shall be the vote.

If in event, after trial and error. We find this system does not work. We shall make propper changes.
