Rules for Raids From, and On Akas Of Agula

The raids shall be swift and strong. Some of Our raids shall be announced and some shall be whenever We need supplies. Only the Rencers of AoA are to be on the raiding teams. Men only as well on the raiding teams. We shall raid, Not for gold. But, raid for Food, Weapons, Furs, Silks, Tunics. All the things We need, Not gold, silver, or copper.

If You are bold enough to raid AoA, We welcome Your attacks for We shall fight to the bitter end, For We are Rencers! People of the Marsh! We will not flee into the marshes any longer! No My Friend! Shall stand and fight, forever into the night. Our Old, our Young, our Woman shall stand against You and show You that we are not going to be the targes for Your raids any longer. Our young girls are not to be enslaved by greedy slavers no longer. That stops Now My friend. For We are of the Rencers and WE SHALL FIGHT.

We have one, large flagship. That was traded for a years supply of Rence paper. We where given the flag ship from the great men up north. The ship is separated from the main islands. hidden off in the thick grasses and tree's that sprout up from the watery marshes. Over time however. Our men and slaves have managed to cut a clean passes of roots and grass from where the Ship is kept. Straight to the Thassa to be able to travel upon such a grand vessel.

Rules Of Raiding

I. The rules shall be quick and furious. Short, Quick Descriptive posts. IE.

~*rushing across the bridge to the central island to meet the raiders. My short sword held firm as I charge at You. I parry Your blade to your left and slice back along Your belly. rolls quickly out to the side*~

See. Short, Quick, Descriptive. Easy heh? Think again.

II. When raiding, We steel Weapons, Food, Paga, clothing, leathers. We do not steel gold, copper, or silver.

III. We honor raids from anyone. As long as the numbers are moderately Close.

IV. There are no killing, disabling, or long term wounds inflicted in the raid itself. If such occurs, from the confusion of battle, Or intentional. The wound should be deflected to become a minor wound.

V. If we try and raid and kidnap a FreeWoman, Slave, Or anything else. We shall arrange it first. So that Our Raiding team knows Who we plan to kidnap, And who shall do it. We ask that the Ubar, and the P/person We plan on kidnapping be the only of that camp/city/port that know's that We will be kidnapping them. NO harm will come to who we kidnap. We do this, to either hold them for ransom, of Our demands. Or, for You to come and fight to get them back. If You say no to the kidnapping. Then that is where it ends. We will not force it.
