Animated Images Are Not Animating: Make sure that images and looping are turned on. Increase memory size.

A Blank Page Is Displayed Or The Page Does Not Look Right: Make sure that frames are turned on.

Frames: This site supports frames and if you don't see a frame on the left side of the screen , please look under the preferences menu in your browser to enable frames only if your browser supports them.

Resolution: You can view this site under any resolution, the only thing that can get affected is graphics in this site.

Sounds And Video: You know the page I'm viewing has sounds, but you can't hear any. Make sure the sounds are turned on. Make sure that your computer's volume is turned up. Make sure that you have the Quicktime Musical Instruments extension installed on your computer. It should be in the Extensions folder in your System folder. If you do not, visit http://quicktime.apple.com for more information and to download a copy. You know the page You viewing has video, but you can't see any. Make sure that video is turned on. Make sure you have Apple Computer's QuickTime 2.1 or above installed. If you do not, visit http://quicktime.apple.com for more information and to download a copy. The video plays, but the quality is poor. Try increasing the number of colors your monitor shows. On the Apple menu, point to Control Panels, and then choose Monitors (System 7.5 users choose Sounds and Displays).

Plugins: You don't need a plug-in to view this site, unless you want to view shokwave applications and other specific kinds of multimedia. For more information on plugins visit the original web site of the plug-in.

I Have The Plug-in I Need, But It Is Not Working Correctly: Make sure that you have set aside enough memory for plug-ins to work. To allocate more memory, quit your browser if it is running. Make sure that you are using the most recent copy of the plug-in.
