The city of Metropolis has long been under the control of one man
Lex Luthor
everything that happens in Metropolis happens because Luthor wants it to happen, and that's how He likes it. But suddenly things aren't the way Luthor wants them, because of one man:
Superman
As far as Lex Luthor is concerned either he'll control this Superman or he'll destroy him.
On to the Story
This story like all the other stories takes place in a world of my creation, and except for certain similarities this is not the Superman of DC Comics, and nothing herein has any bearing on what is official. They say that Imitation is the sincerest form of flattery, well here's my imitation.
