What I've Found Out


~ Drivers, try and get your hands on a rare vehicle.. The 67 Corvette is available with some tricks !!! Don't ask me what they are but as soon as i turned the PlayStation on to play and went to the Vette dealership and there it was !! It must be some time thing!! the number of days you have and money !!
~ Oh .. and my best car for the GT races would have to be the FTO limited edition, a truly spectacular car !!
~ Over the weekend I tried the tuned race with my Nissan GTR. Not a good Idea !! why ? because the thing is powerful on take off but it can't handle corners .. even with heavy oversteering, it just won't turn at the speed you go.
~ Last night I spent a bit of time going through my list of cars and found that the Nissan Skyline GTR 1991 model is better than the latest model GTR. Why ? well it handles better and has quicker acceleration even if it has less horsepower (841 to the 940 of the new GTR) I think that it handles better. Tell me what ya think.
~Well over the weekend, i played GT for many hours. I found a car that not many people may know the potential of. It's a 91 Pulsar GTI 4WD. This thing is quite fast and often beats 500+ HP cars with it's measly 380 + HP. I also tried the Toyota MR2 GT-S on the weekend and found it to be quite a nice little car, especially if tweaked over 400 ponies. But both of these cars have steering problems that can be easily adjusted. Firstly the Pulsar has severe understeering problems, where as the MR2 has severe oversteering problems, but they can be both fixed.

- Today I finally completed the IA drivers license tests ..(all bronze), and I was pretty happy that i did cause i'm not the sort of driver that likes to slow down around hairpins... But i did it. After the license, I got into my FTO limited Edition (the one you win) and went straight to the 300 click endurance race. Now what i didn't know .. was that you get 20,000 bucks for pole and 1 hour 40 minutes later (60 laps), I'm 300,000 bucks richer ...yes 300,000 bucks for one race. That race gave me the Toyota Supra Limited Edition and access to GT HI-FI mode. Now I was a bit disappointed with HI-FI mode. I thought it would look like the intro where the actual cars looked unbelievable. Instead it was just a shaper definition because they removed the background and tyre smoke. it still looks good , but give me the intro any day !!.

- The weekend has past, many hours of it went swiftly plaing Gran Turismo. I found that the Galant VR-4 is quite a machine, over 750 ponies when fully tweaked. 1 problem with it though, it's heavy and cumbersome.. I recommend a racing mod for the car.
