How to Joust
1. All jousting moves/commands will be done in UPPER case letters
2. All allowed moves are listed here and none other shall count including
typos

RETREAT
SWEEP
THRUST
LUNGE
PARRY
BLOCK
3. The use of Macros is prohibited.
4. All moves will be done in real time without the aid of PC enhanced
assistance
5. The Officials shall consist of one primary judge, one secondary judge and
one scorekeeper.
THE JOUST
1. Each Knight is called to enter the jousting field
2. The Primary judge shall call SALUTE
3. The Knights shall SALUTE the judge, their opponent and the court.
4. The Primary Judge shall call READY
5. The Knights if ready will respond READY
6. The Primary judge shall call JOUST
7. The Knights MUST open with a move of advance or retreat.
8. Offensive and defensive moves will proceed until a point is scored.
Points are awarded when offensive moves are NOT blocked by a defensive move
at a 2:1 ratio.
9. No same move will be used thrice in a row i.e. SWEEP SWEEP SWEEP
10. The Joust consists of the first person to reach 10 points by at least a
margin of 2 or more, or an OVERTIME until a 2 point margin is reached.
11. When one Knight reaches 9 points the Scorekeeper will anounce Joust
Point.
12. TYPOS will be considered as a non move as if it was nay typed.
