People once believed that when a person died, a Crow carried their soul to the land of the dead. But some times, something so bad happens that a terrible sadness is carried with it; and the soul can't rest. Then sometimes, just sometimes, The Crow can bring that soul back to make the wrong things right...

Background

The Crow is a film that changed many peoples lives and their ways of thinking, one of them being me. It is most notably known for being the film where the star died. That star was Brandon Lee, (son of Bruce Lee) who died on set after a tragic gun accident. He was only 28 and was engaged which is why the film was dedicated to Brandon and Eliza.

The theme of the film is about Life and how even death cannot stop love. Eric Draven, (Brandon Lee) is a rockstar who was killed along with his fiancee by a gang on October 30, Devil's night, and also the day before their wedding. However Eric's soul is so tormented that the Crow resurects Eric to take revenge on the gang members. As the movie progresses you see Eric in several stages of madness as he exacts his revenge.
