Somtime in early 1997 this site came on-line when it was on ww.bayside.net (THIEVES!) *ahem* At the time, it was the second English language Hamerun No Baiorin Hiki site to hit the web. A few months later the first Hamerun site disappeared from the web, making this the oldest Hamerun No Baiorin Hiki site on the web! *pats himself on the back* I'm not the most enthusiastic of Hamerun fans, nor do I own all of the products, but I do enjoy this site and the series and it shows! I hope you enjoy this site as much as I enjoyed making it!

Hamerun No Baiorin Hiki is a story about Hamel (Hameru), the violinist of Hamerun. (Pronounce it Hamlin to get the joke) Hamel is a musical magician of sorts, when he pulls out his violin and begins to play, well, *S* starts to happen.
Currently there's one movie, which is 99% comedy, and a TV series which is 90% seriouse drama. Both were based off the manga series in a way, but not in another. The reason I say that is because the manga is a mixture of the seriousness and comedy that you'll see in both of Hameru's animated incarnations. The manga was written by Michitaka Watanabe, and it's a series of 23+ volumes. There are 26 episodes of the TV series.
