the first thing you will need to do is download a charecter sheet generator
first select your clan, clan info can be found here

You will now need to select Nature Deameanor and Concept
Nature-who your charecter realy is
Deameanor-what your charecter acts like
Concept-your charecters ocupation keep in mind this is a suggestion for ocupations you may if you can get it OK'd by a story teller or Game Master make your own, please keep in mind this is not a job aplication if your charecter is an undead garbage man please do not put sanatation engineer
now the fun part, spending points, please keep in mind this game is as much socializeation if not more so then brute force, yeah you can break boards with your bare hands take a gun shot like its nothing, but no ones going to talk to you if your ugly as a horses butt or dumber then a post. also keep in mind abilitys should reflect your charecters concept, a mechanic would be adept in repair
Backgrounds-back grounds reflect your concept normaly, generation lowers generation, lowest generation allowed is 7th
now you may spend 15 freebies any where on the sheet i recomend haveing a will power of atleast 7 if you do not already
flaws & Merits-these are charecter virtues you may have a max of 7 points worth of flaws and 7 points worth of merits, when you fill out the charecter sheet, dont forget to put the flaw points (-#) and merit points for each
when your done mail your sheet here
