Main Features: 100ft tall, light blue scales, and about 170 years old in dragon form. 6ft12in, light blue hair, tan skin,and looks about 15 years old in human form.

Powers: He mostly uses lightning but also can use fire as most dragons can. He can change his scales to match the color of another dragon in the room and, therefore, gain that dragons powers.

Weapons: He doesnt use weapons in dragon form but has a katana and a longsword in human form the hilts of both swords are made of blue dragon scales. Both swords are nameless at the time.
