It was in the year 731 when Mordencia attacked the peaceful nation of Ylaraum. We were a small nation to the west of them, a nation of great riches, rightfully earned. When my people migrated to this area for religious freedom the land was beset with beasts and monsters and the desert area was cursed. It was our hard work that cleared the area of hostile threats, ogres, orcs, hobgoblins and the like. We alone lifted the curse off of the desert and were rewarded with expensives and plentiful jewels from the earth there. We held no quarrels with the Sylvan elves in that area, nor with any of our neighbors. We wanted peace and a simple life. For several years we had that peace, til Mordain turned his eyes our way. Within half a day of the attack our nation was defeated. We had maintained no great standing army and did not stand a chance against them. My name is Balthazar. I was a only a boy then, 14 years old, but still I was taken as a prisoner and placed in the dungeons with grown men. I am now twenty-seven. I have found strength in the religion of Horax, the God of vengance and battle. The following is my full story. I will regain my country.I will have Vengance.
Balthazar is a character from an Advanced Dungeons and Dragons game. As you can tell from the above picture, he looks like Zack De La Rocha from Rage Against the Machine. The following pages contain his story, shrines to the Gods of the world he exists in, an archive of other players with both his comments and the players comments about that particular character, and links to influences and inspirations for this character and some of my other interests. The bird below will take you further on with Balthazar, while the other pages are on the bar below. Feel free to email me any comments or questions and don't forget to sign my guestbook. Have fun on your journey.

This page in no way represents the views of Zack De La Rocha or the Band Rage Against The Machine, though it was heavily inspired for the creation of the character. That is the true working of the artist. To inspire others to create and to expose truths about man and his strengths and failings. Rage has done that for me and I hope that this page does that for you. Be sure to check out the links, because they point to issues that I believe should be looked at and addressed by all. As a side note, other graphics and pictures on this web do not reflect the views of their prospective influences. They have been redone to fit the image of the game and its players. Happy surfing fellow revolutionaries!
