This message comes delivered to Atesh Gah from Freehold, the Avalon embassy. Who knows how many eyes have seen this particular message (though it's sealed to begin with, etc). It reads to the effect of:

After speaking with the Deus Maximus, Drusus Jove, he has assured me that should Varati forces enter the nation of Avalon, his forces will gratefully come and quell the invasion.
