I do realize that due to my position in society this is an extravagant request, yet I feel there is some small bit of information that you may wish to be privy to, given your new standing as a nation's Queen, in good conscience I do not wish to see you unprepared for a possible future revelation that may cause some questioning as to your reputation among your good people. Written on a scroll sealed with the mark of the Aegis, it reads in martial hand:

We trust that the news we deliver will be passed on to your god-king. With the business of a wedding completed, we feel it necessary to resolve other matters, and proceed to a place where we may all make our individual peace as well as maintaining the peace between nations.

To that end, I report to you that the only conspirator to step forward has been sentenced, and thus it is: Craft Astorius is stripped of rank, but left his life and his service in the Praetorian Guard. Let it be known that the man who was once Tribune now serves as Optio. We have all agreed that this is just.

As for the rest, they have chosen not to come forward and admit their guilt. When they are found, their punishment will be more strident. As you show intolerance toward those who stray from the path of justice, so, too, do we.

It has been brought to my attention that the Imperator of the Praetorian Guard, called Stavros, never returned from the camp the Dea Tritonides and myself were fortunate enough to visit. To this end, we believe that he may still be in your nation. As he is wanted in conjunction with the uprising that cost the former Emperor and members of Aegis their lives, any assistance you can give us in locating him would be appreciated.

We must also insist that the troops that were to retreat from our territories continue to do so. If there is some reason they must remain, please inform me, and we will address this issue.

Greetings and felicitations from the Aegis of the Empyre: we write to extend an invitation to your Majesties or chosen representatives to help us celebrate the coronation of our new Empyror, Drusus Marcus Jove. The Festivities of Coronation will be held in the Civitas Dei, 30th May through 12th June of this year 3904. Should you or your representatives require escort or conveyance, it will be provided, as will be lodging as befits honored guests of the Aegis and Empyror. You are also invited to attend his wedding to Domina Aurora of your honored and noble family, which will conclude the celebrations, and to all official events in between.
