I have met with Maharani Khalida of the Varati Kingdom, with new information from my informant regarding Resolution Eclipse. If you have not been informed for whatever reason, Resolution Eclipse is a known militant faction that wishes and is plotting the demise of Maharani Thalia Jovia Tritonides Khalida. Resolution Eclipse is currently being spearheaded by a Varati known as Jehan. Though in the past my informant has claimed that Resolution Eclipse was on the verge of its own internal collapse, he has recommended to me in my last update with him for the forced capture and dissolution of this group. Speaking with the Maharani, both she and I concur on this point, and I believe that the act should be committed to as soon as possible. My informant has also told me that the leader Jehan will likely not come peacibly. I suspect that, if he is not rendered unconscious quickly at the commencement of any possible raid, that he will not survive capture to come to trial. Given your permission, I would like to lead such a raid, in the hopes that my reputation as a friend to many will help me talk him down. Such is unlikely, but I am never one to give up hope.

My recommendation on this case would be for the immediate withdrawl of my informant, followed by a raid of their gathering place at their next meeting. This raid would be conducted by Hounds, versus another foreign military, though cooperation with such is entirely possible and in my opinion welcome under Hounds' Command, pending the word of the Estrella. The charge against the group should be Conspiracy to Commit the Assasination of a Visiting Foreign Leader. I await your orders and recommendations on how to proceed. I also wish you godspeed in your deliberations, fearing that Resolution Eclipse will not wait much longer before they make a move. I would like to get my man out of there before they have a chance to do so, for his own safety.
