The list above is incomplete at best, but it is quite hard to penetrate the enigma of the ascans.

Now that you've seen a little of ascan lenguage, it is necessary to review some common symbols. This becomes necesary since most ascan cultural expressions were depicted in symbols, even the materials used to build a temple are simbolic in nature.

For example, all ascan temples are white and mostly built with white marble, which is identified with order; as the obsidian is traditionally related to chaos. There are many examples like this, here are some related to stones;

Ascans also used images to depict concepts or places, these are some of the common symbols and thier meaning;

 This image, found in many tombs, represents humanity as a whole, including elves and dwarves, but especially humans. The yellow dot in the middle appears constantly in many ascan images, it is believed to represent order or something related to it

This symbol is usually foung on sacred places, it can be interpreted as many things. It is usually the symbol of the Apeiron (the four elements), but it is also the sacred symbol of Acron the Ancient One and the main symbol of Creation.

The black dots also appear constantly on ascan images, and they are believed to be a counterpart of the yellow ones, if that is the case, they would represent Chaos.

This is the symbol of chaos, also used to represent Rao the Primordial and the plane of Chaos

 This is the ascan symbol for Rao, but the walker of the storm gave himself a different one during "The Great Cataclysm" (just look at the Raokrá logo)

The sacred symbol of Miszhná, perhaps the most frecuently encountered symbol, represents order, good, law, etc. It is also the symbol of the plane of Order.

This is the symbol of Ascan the lord of life, revered by all ascans, this symbol, when joined with the image of death, represents the world and the cycle of existence.

Sacred symbol of Kindramar, the Ancient One of Death.

. This one is the symbol of the ascans, depicting their road to ascension.
