Raokrá is not the only planet contained within the sphere of order, nor is this sphere the only one that exists within the storm. And for all of you people out there who like the Spelljammer game supplement (including me and Yolol) here's the description of the sphere where Raokrá is located.
The creation of the other spheres of order
When Mizshná left the sphere after its creation, leaving it in the care of the newly created Ancient Ones and forces, the lady of order, the chronicles say, headed back towards the storm and entered it. Mizshná travelled the storm for a long time, and created many other spheres of order along the way, each with their own planets and creatures; thus the universe was born.
The Phlogiston
The phlogiston is (in this campaign) the remnants of Mizshná's trail across the storm, a weird mixture between order and the chaos of the storm, and the only way to travel between the spheres. It has the same properties as those detailed in the Spelljammer supplement.
Note: The phlogiston is NOT the storm, nobody can travel the storm (as a matter of fact, it would be difficult to enter it), for any ship would be inmediately destroyed upon entering it. The phlogiston forms enormous roads that can be travelled by ships, thanks to the order influence by Mizshná's pass, but the storm itself is another matter entirely.
Spelljamming knowledge in Raokrá
Practically none, the elven nation of Garan is said to have a couple of spelljammers in their power, and even the knowledge to build more, but this is as of yet unproven. The nature itself of the planet (see below, it is surrounded by rings of earth and fire) makes it extremely hard for any ship to enter or leave Raokrá (except in pieces).
Raokrá's Sphere of Order
Said to be the first in creation, the sphere of order that contains Raokrá within it is filled with strange phenomenons, of which the most dangerous to space farers are the Haghlem, floating balls of fire the size of small moons; propulsed by unknown forces, these balls of fire move about regardless of any laws of gravity, speeding up or down at random but never cilliding with the planets or moons (but there are stories of Haghlems crashing into spelljammers).
The wildspace of the sphere is ruled mostly by the avian fleet of Grakkra, an impressive fleet of spelljammers that established their dominion over the sphere centuries ago, crushing other fleets in numerous battles (As a side note, they even tried to conquer Raokrá once, but their ships crashed into the rings of fire).
The sphere contains 8 planets orbiting a huge portal to the plane of order, which provides light and warmth to the sphere.
Primary: The Portal of Order
An enormous portal to the plane of order with all the planets orbiting around it. In older times, several avian and elven explorers were sent to investigate the mysterious portal, but none of them ever returned.
Ginfher
Type C, cluster, Earth/fire body (Counterclockwise rotation)
Named so by the avians of Grakkra (it means land of fire), Ginfher is the closest planet to the portal, a cluster of huge pieces of fire and earth, orbiting around it are a large group of asteroids, four of which are big enough to be considered moons.
Ginfher is a dangerous place, no expeditions to explore it have been successful; it has no atmosphere and the asteroids constantly crash into the planet's surface, this, coupled with the fact that one can easily get burnt to a crisp in a second, makes avian sages believe that no life (except perhaps for elementals) can exist in this barren planet.
Hasnar
Type G, amorphous, air body (counterclockwise rotation)
Hasnar is, in simplest terms, a great amorphous bubble of air floating around in the sphere. There are several water and earth bodies floating around, and even exotic plants and animals (birds and such).
Even though the air is much hotter here than in other planets, these planet has been colonized by the avians, who find this planet quite comfortable (only creatures with wings could believe that).
Sharak
Type E, spherical, earth body (counterclockwise rotation)
Sharak is an earth body, surrounded in its ecuator by a large ring of fire, and its proximity has made this region of the planet into an enormous desert with no night whatsoever. Other than that, the rest of the planet is perfectly fit for life, it has an atmosphere and numerous native animals and plants.
Sharak is populated mostly by elves, who represent the second spelljamming force in the sphere after the mighty avian fleet. Other than elves, there are several small comunities of gnomes and humans, who have been segregated to the northern regions by the elven rule.
There are, to the elves regret, some avian colonies down in the southern regions.
Raokrá
Type F, spherical, Earth body (clockwise rotation)
Known to the avians as Goyhur, this planet has fascinated the avian fleet for centuries, not only because it is the only planet in the whole sphere with a clockwise orbit around the portal, but it is nearly impossible to enter due to several rings of fire that surround its furthest orbit, as well as many rings of rocks that surround its inner orbit.
Raokrá has no southern polar icecap (due to the rings of fire), and nearly 90% of its surface is covered with water. The continents of Raokrá are located mostly on the northern part of the planet, the rest being an enormous ocean. Weather in Raokrá is wild and unpredictable, while rings of fire cover most of it, they are far enough from the planet itself so that the planet does not become an oven.
Aside from that, well, all other information regarding Raokrá is in the other sections, read it.
Grakkra
Type G, irregular shape, live world (counterclockwise rotation)
The base of the avian fleet, this planet is a true wonder, half of its surface is covered by fertile land, the other half by calm, clear bodies of water. There are lush forests, plains, jungles, and plant life is everywhere, and there are no deserts or wastelands. The avians worship the land, which they view as a deity. Actually, Grakkra (the planet) is alive, and is the main reason of the avians' dominance over the sphere, since the planet itself gives them everything they need as long as the avians respect and worship it.
Grakkra the living planet, by all logic, appears to be a creation of Corellion the force of nature.
Acukresh
Type D, spherical, water body (fixed location,no rotation at all)
Acukresh is the weirdest planet in the sphere, it is an unmoving sphere of crystal clear water, filled with exotic fish all around the place. The center of the planet is a sphere of air, emanating its own light, with a single huge rock floating in the middle, where a legendary utopian civilization is said to exist.
While many have tried to explore the center of Acukresh, they have only gotten as far as being able to see the rock and the buildings above it, those who have tried to reach the rock have never returned (or maybe they did reach it but didn't want to return)
Marnish
Type F, cluster of spherical shaped celestial bodies, Air body (counterclockwise rotation)
Marnish is actually the sum of four smaller, spherical shaped air celestial bodies, apparently held together by an earth body in the middle of the cross shaped estructure.
All of Marnish is very cold, much colder than any other planet aside from Absalah. There are not many lifeforms in Marnish, there is no life whatsoever on the earth body, and the air bodies are inhabited only by infrequent flocks of strange (and large) birds adapted to the cold.
Absalah
Type E, elliptical shape, earth body (counterclockwise rotation)
The last planet of the sphere, Absalah can be described in two words; cold and primitive. The coldest planet in the sphere, Absalah is an earth body covered with ice and snow, with strange creatures roaming its surface.
Civilization is quite primitive, the equivalent of the real world's stone age, humans appear to be the most wide spread race in this planet, but these humans are not the same as those in other worlds, they are all albinos, and tend to be a lot more resistant to cold than other humans. Other important races in Absalah include dwarves (who have carved a large network of caves), su monsters, and a rare and savage breed of snow orcs the locals refer to as Kuk-taf.
Even though the avians have sent explorers to Absalah in numerous occasions, they find the planet much too cold and savage for them to establish colonies and/or outposts.
