A Cherek Sea Captain with a somewhat bad record and the Owner of the White Star Longboat Co.
Tavern History: A character brought in during the now legendary 'Titanic incident. Actually the third 'Titanic incident' Character After Herbert Pitman and 1st Officer Murdoch.
Real History: A Sea Captain and Commodore of the White Star Line, Edward John smith served in the Boer War where he recieved medals. Although he never had to abandon a ship until 1912, he did have a number of near misses and collisions.

Tavern History: Another Veteran of the 'Titanic incident' and the First Pesona involved
Real History: One of the officers to survive the disaster along with 2nd Officer Lightholler and 5th Officer Lowe. Gave Evidence at the American enquiry.

A Cherek Captain from the Rival Leylandheim Line
Tavern History: Most Tavern Goers didn't actually Click to Stanley's presence, since he only frequented the Storyteller's corner. Didn't last long, aas shortly after I started using him the board was changed and Titanic actually became a swear word!
Real History: The Captain of the Californian, a ship close by the Titanic when it struck an iceberg but itself stuck in ice. Lord was accused by both the American and British Enquiries of not coming to the Titanic's aid.
