The Kalm Traveller is looking for three items. The Guidebook, Desert Rose, and the Earth Harp. In the Tunnel to the Junon Mako Reactor, Morph a creature called "Ghost Ship". YOu will get the Underwater materia needind to eliminate the 20 min. time limit to defeat Emerald Weapon. Desert Rose- After defeating Ruby Weapon. You will get a gold Chocobo. Chances are you already have one though. Earth Harp- After defeating Emerald Weapon. You will get Master Command, Master Summon and Master Magic. A well deserved reward!
When you get the sub, locate the crashed plane. You can get: Double Cut Materia, Conformer, Yuffie's ultimate weapon, Heaven's Cloud Sword for Cloud, Hades Summon Materia, Cid's Extreme Limit Break, Highwind, Escort Guard Armor, Megalixer x2, Spirit Lance and the Outsider. Be prepared to fight some pretty tough monsters. The monsters are great for level building and give good AP!
Lucky 7's. When a character's HP are reduced to 7777, that character gets all lucky 7's. He becomes uncontrolable and attacks dealing 7777 pts of damage to each creature until it is dead.
After you get Cloud back to normal, head to the Shinra Mansion and there will be a cutscene with Zack and Cloud.
The combonation to get the huge Materia from the Rocket is O, [ ] (square) , X, X. The combonation to the safe in Niblehiem is 36, 10, 59, 97.
After Mideel is destroyed, buy some Mimmet greens from Choco Billy at the Chocobo Ranch. Go back to mideel and talk to the white Chocobo. Give him some Salomen (mimmet) greens and tickle it behind the ear. It will drop a contain Materia. The Contain Materia teaches the spells: Freeze, Break, Tornado and Flare.
Safer Sephiroth uses the Shadow Flare Enemy Skill. So does Ultimate Weapon.
You get the Ultima materia when you stop the train from ramming into North Corel. If you fail you have to pay 56,000 gil for it.
The best places to catch chocobo's are the Mideel area and the Icicle inn area.
Ruby and Emerald wepons are two tough cookies! They have AT LEAST 500,000 hit points and have a variety of very powerfull attacks. Make sure you have 9999hp and 9999mp when fighting these two weapons. Knights of the Round works well.
The Full Cure and Ultima Materia have to gain a level before being used.
Final Fantasy 3/6j
Defeat all 8 Dragons and you get The Crusader Esper. This esper teaches Metor and Merton. Merton hits your guys and the enemy.
In the World of Ruin there is a monster called Doom Gaze. It attacks when you are flying around in the airship. Keep hunting it down and you'll eventually kill it. DO NOT use X-Zone or you won't get the Bahamut esper.
The people in Albrook know alot about the world so talk to them in the World of Ruin.
The Ragnarok question. Esper or Sword? If you take the sword you can bet it at the coloseum for the Illumina, the best sword in FF3. SAVE BEFORE TRYING! The Monster Diablos appears in Kefka's Tower and is really tough. Especially one-on-one. Take the Esper and it teaches the best spell in the game, Ultima.

Go through it until you are in a room with a bone carving. Search it for the Terrato Esper. Umaro attacks. Win and Mog will order him to join you. |

You CAN NOT Revive General Leo!
There is no way to get Kefka or General Leo in your party without Game Gene. But you can control General Leo when he fights Kefka at Thamasa.
Is Gogo Daryl? The Airship crashed on a far off Island and Daryl's body was never found. Maybe the Falcon crashed on Triangle Island, Daryl got sucked in by the Zone Eater and was stuck down there and eventuall found odd clothes and changed her name to Gogo. There is a RUMOR that if you put Setzer and Gogo in one party you'll get a cutscene that tells about Daryl. I doubt it. Try it and see. This could be another hoax like the saving General Leo. (I think the cutscene is, but Gogo just might be Daryl.
To get Mog (WOB) after you get the Airship, go to Narshe and to the building with the locked chest. Lone Wolf will run out in a bad mood. Follow him. You'll have to go through some mines, but don't worry. It's easy. Go up past where the Battle of Narshe took place and to where the Frozen Esper was. There you will see Lone Wolf holding a little Moogle hostage. Just wait and eventually they'll be seperated. DO NOT TALK TO LONE WOLF. Talk to the Moogle and he will join your party. If you have four in your party already, then he'll just say, "I'll wait in the Airship."
There is no way you can kill Ultros. To bad. i hate Ultros. He's the most annoying in the entire game besides Kefka! Every time you come close, he just runs off. He is eventually a receptionist at the collisium. (World of Ruin)
Equip all your guys with the best armor, weapons, and espers (after getting Terra from Zozo) as the game progresses. It will help alot.
When going to the floating contenent, have 99 potions. and lots of Elixers, Tinctures, Ethers, Fenix down's, Tents, X-potions ect.. you will need them after almost every battle. Trust me.
Equip Greeen Berets on ALL who can use them. They may lower some statistics, but they RAISE HP!
To get Mog's Water Rondo Dance the quick way, Land your Airship outside of Nikeah and put Mog in your psrty. (Duh!) Take a Chocabo from Nikeah to the barren Falls. You then will end up on the Veldt. Remember the serpent trench used in Sabin's Scenerio? Go to the Cave that leads into the serpent trench and jump in.after fighting a while it will say MASTERED A NEW DANCE. Now you got the Water Rondo! Eventually you'll be in Nikeah. Exit the town and there is the Airship!
The Rune Edge lowers your MP in order to raise Damage.
In almost every grandfather clock, there is an elixer.
Don't bother with Inn's in Mobliz, when you have the Airship, and Sabin's House (In the World of Balance) Mobliz you can sleep in the back of the Relic Shop no charge. In Sabin's house north of South Figaro, you can slee p for free in any bed. On the Airship takl to the guy on the right and he'll heal your HP/MP to 100%.
In the World of Ruin, to get Sabin's Bum Rush Blitz, take the airship to where four trees make a plus (+) sign below some mountains. Go into thecenter tree and Duncan will teach you the Bum Rush Blitz. It does about 9999 Damage at Level 55!
When you fight Choupon on the way to the floating contenent, don't use fire attacks on him. That will heal him.
In the burning House in Thamasa, equip Strago with the Ice Rod, Terra with blizzard sabre and Locke with something that has a big effect on fire-based creatures.
When you first go to Vector, a woman in a skinny house will ask you to pledge your alligence to the Empire. Say NO and you will be attacked. After defeating the soldiers, the woman will heal you free of charge.
To beat the magi master in Frantics Tower (World of Ruin) Make sure someone has Life3 used on them unless your hit points are near 9,999. When the Magi Master dies he uses Ultima and will wipe out you're entire party. If you have life3, whoever it is cast on will be alive at the end of the battle. Tip #2- Equip the gembox on you're BEST magic user. Especially when you fight the Magi Master.
Don't underestimate imps!! Try this: use the imp spell to turn someone into an imp. Equip Imp Halbred, Imp's Armor, Titanium and Tortiso shield and your imp will be strong! Equip with Genji Glove and he'll do at least 2000 each hit. This can only happen in the world of ruin. Bring him to the Coloseum and use him to fight.
Here's a killer combo! Have your best magic user equipped with the Gem Box and Ultima. Put that person and Gogo together. Have the caster use "X-Magic" select Ultima twice. Have Gogo Mimic. If he mimics, this will cast Ultima four times! Maybe even do 9999 each time!
