Jaracaca: Vampire that feeds from breast milk

Jigarkhwar: India. A Vampiric sorceress found in India's Sind region. She feeds by extracting ones liver through a piercing stare and various incantations. The liver is then cooked on a fire and eaten, at which time the victim dies.
