I see my reflection so clear, although there is no mirror in sight.
Only your dark eyes piercing mine
with your intense, pondering gaze
I see my hopes and dreams.
My accomplishments and failures.
I see my beliefs and disbeliefs.
And I see me, all that I am,
Never have I viewed myself so clearly.
There are no foggy visions,
no doubts in my mind.
Only the naked truth.
Only the things I already know,
but sometimes go astray from.
But never for too long.
For you are always there,
reminding me of the path I once chose.
The one I became misdirected on.
by so many lost and shallow souls.
You speak to me with no words.
And I hear you
with no sound breaking the silence
And echoing in my ears, only in my heart.
I feel you with no touch.
There is no need for it,
for I'll always feel you.
I see my reflection not in a mirror,
but in your eyes.
They alone mirror my heart and soul.
