"Love keeps no score of wrongs; does not gloat over other man's sins... There is nothing love cannot face; there is no limit to its faith, its hope and its endurance."
~LOVE~
Love to me is like a delicate Rose
With each petal unfolding,
Bringing forth anew
Love is like the Ocean
Waves coming to shore.
With each time it reaches,
Bringing treasures and more
Love is like a SunSet
A splendor of color,
Going quietly into the night.
But my Love for You...
Is like the petal of a rose
"Delicate yet strong to behold!"
Like the Ocean deep
"With no measure of it?s depth!"
Like the brilliance of the SunSet
"Yet there is no night!"
My Love for you
Is all this
"And more!"

The Journey
Michael Lee-Price 1999
I wandered down the road,
Full of doubts and filled with fears.
Many adventures I have bold,
To gain what I hold dear.
On my journey I have pondered:
"Is this the journey of a fool?"
Over mountains I have wandered,
To make my way to you!
Passed the threshold of Regret,
Through the canyon of Sorrow,
Forever onwards I am set,
Seeking out Tomorrow.
Cross the desert of despair,
My tears fell like rain.
I felt the pain we both share,
And softly called you name.
The distance is so daunting,
Yet for you I shall march on.
The memories are haunting,
Of a LOVE that still is strong.
In the valley of desire,
I pledged myself to you.
In my groin there burns a fire,
Of a LOVE I know is true.
All the hardships I will suffer,
To be standing at your side.
For me there is no other...
Only YOU my darling bride.

The Solace of Slumber
As I lay here in the darkness of the night,
I wonder... is he thinking of me?
Is what I feel, carried across the sea?
Drifting off into the Solace of Slumber,
I envision your face.
My heart aches with passion,
For your warm embrace.
Looking into your eyes,
Deep within your soul.
Viewing our Love,
As a story untold.
Reaching out to touch you,
Feeling the warmth of your skin.
I am suddenly awaken,
For my day to begin.
I wonder as I lay there,
Still thinking of you.
Is what I was dreaming,
Were you thinking of me too?

In My Dreams.
On a beach, near the sea,
I hear you voice call to me.
On the breeze it whispers low:
"I LOVE you, Michael ~ I LOVE you so."
I close my eyes and feel your touch,
You take my hand, fingers clutched.
I feel your lips caress my soul,
And dream a dream of long ago.
Beneath a tree we were entwined,
I was yours and you were mine.
In that dream you were my wife,
For a time our LOVE was life.
Parted then ~ torn from you,
My heart was broken and my thoughts askew.
Fate had dealt a savage blow,
I grieved for you and died so slow.
Born again, another life,
I seeked you out my loving wife.
Now our love is born anew,
In your dreams you feel me too.
Close your eyes and hear me say:
"I LOVE you, ELs ~ more each day."
Although, this moment, we are apart,
The distance will not break our hearts.
In my dreams this all is true,
You LOVE me as I LOVE you.
