BYLAWS
General
2. Be helpful (remember back when you first started and how you felt when didnt know how to do something and that caring person took you under their wing and took the time to teach you things).
3. If no one has shown you any type of aggression then none shall be returned regardless of race, alignment, and class.
4. No outward aggression shall every be conveyed to another player remembering always that you are a "ZEN" you are of the highest moral character and shall conduct yourself in an honorable way. (Everyone has bad days, even our characters, so what I am saying is that you can have a bad day and still retain your honor).
5. We are a Lawful Good guild by our very nature even though we have and will except those with Neutral Good and Chaotic Good tendencies, remembering to always uphold the rules of play with honor and follow all guide lines set forth.
6. You must always show honesty, maturity, integrity, and honor to all outside of the ZENITH guild (Joviality though is always encouraged around your brothers, sisters, and friends).
7. Surnames are a requirement for ALL ranked members and must have your rank included in it (i.e. ZEN Tellah AGM of Recruiting and Guild lush J/K Tellah ;> ).
8. All members MUST be willing to help and put the needs of their brothers and sisters before anything else (i.e. If you are in an Inn and there are members who need help, you shall be willing to help if asked and even if not, always be there for each other. Always be the first to see if anyone needs help for this is what "ZEN" is all about - helping others) unless it interferes with your position and duties.
9. Remember that you are a "ZEN" and we are a role-playing Guild and you MUST remain in all outward appearances in character.
10. You are not allowed to beg for items, however honorable trading is always allowed and encouraged by members to better themselves with equipment remembering always that you are "ZEN".
11. Hacking will never be allowed in the ZENITH for it is dishonorable and shall be punished to the highest degree possible and allowed by the rules and regulations of the and The Realm rules of play.
12. Remember the most important thing is to have fun and enjoy The Realm.

2. All members are encouraged to read postings to keep up with what is happening with the guild and all that is happening in all the outposts and be familiar with board postings.
3. All members MUST post all PvP experiences and encounters good or bad so that all may see of you victories and learn from your mistakes (always remember we are your brothers and sisters, and want to hear of your exploits).
4. All members shall always post in character at all times.
5. All members shall post if they will be gone for extended periods of time (i.e. you are going on vacation and will be back in two weeks, and yes you can post this in character: i.e. Alas my friends I shall be journeying to a far off land they call Idaho but I shall return to my brothers and sisters as the moon rises and the sun sets fourteen times:) and always post your return.
6. All members are encouraged to post all happenings within The Realm (i.e.: you have completed a quest tell of how you completed the quest at hand etc., e.g.: If you were helping someone level, post how, where, what you did, and if you were the one receiving the help maybe post a "Thank you!"). Again, post any and all experiences that you have. We all look forward to seeing what you all have been doing. Remember always to post in character.
7. Remember all posting must be done inaccordance with the Terms of Service (TOS) of America Online (AOL) because the posting page is setup on an AOL home page, and always in character.
