ZENITH WALKERS, HONOR GUARD, RECRUITERS,
TREASURE HUNTERS, KNIGHTS OF THE REALM, & SQUAD CAPTAINS (Is
a one month rotation with in the squad) SQUAD MEMBERS
*** NOTE *** The three ***
behind the position denotes that they are a council member of the
guild and are heavily involved with guild affairs.
PROMOTIONS
After a squad member has
been a squad captain he/she may apply for the
next highest rank in accordance with the guild
hierarchy.
NOTE*** The following
Ranks are equal (Recruiter, Treasure Hunter).
Members must be maxxed (GM
in the area of their chosen field) (i.e.
Adventurers in Blade and Shield, critical strike,
and at least 1 area of magic, Wizards must be GM
in all areas of Magic and Meditation, and
Warriors must GM in Sword, shield, and critical
strike) and meet all guide lines set forth by
that position and must be approved by the Captain
of that position and the AGM in charge.Member can also be appointed to
position that is desired by the GM and AGM if
extreme ZEN-like behavior is witnessed and all
qualifications are met.
Member shall apply for
desired position to the Captain of that position
and a carbon copy (CC) be sent to the AGM in
charge and the GM.
RANKS AND
DISCRIPTIONS
SQUAD MEMBERS (Unlimited):
The rank obtained upon
entrance into the Guild of the ZENITH.
Responsibilities are simply to work on getting
levels. Get acquainted with Guild policies and
structure. And enjoy yourself while adventuring
with other players.
SQUAD CAPTAINS (6):
This is the first rank
achieved by a squad member. The squad captain is
the leader of the individual squads. This person
is responsible for helping the new members get
accustomed to life as a ZENITH. They are there
for guidance, knowledge, and experience. Their
primary responsibility is to make being a ZENITH
the best thing to happen to adventurers (which
wont be hard to do!) They are also
responsible for organizing quests for their
squads and/or friendly competitions between
squads.
TREASURE HUNTERS (7):
Treasure Hunters are
designated to travel the realms in search of
treasures for the guild and will maintain a vault
for the guild and the issuing of magic to the
Honor Guard and Recruiters. They placed under the
direction of the AGM of Treasure.
CAPTAIN OF TREASURES (1):
This is the next rank
achieved by the Treasure hunters and is
responsible to organize the T-Hunters on
expeditions and hunts for choice magical items.
The Captain of Treasures is the direct Assistant
to the AGM of Treasures.
RECRUITERS (1:10 ratio per members):
This position is directly
responsible for taking around new potential guild
members and evaluating the candidate for ZENITH
worthiness and knowledge of The Realm and giving
a written report on the potential member to the
Captain of the Recruiters.
CAPTAIN OF THE RECRUITERS (1:7 ratio
per Recruiters):
This position is
responsible for the organizing the recruiters and
scheduling times for recruiters and new members
to get together for evaluation. Is responsible
for the primary evaluations of new recruits and
is the direct Assistant to the AGM of Recruiting.
HONOR GUARD (1:5 ratio per members):
This group is a select
group of ZENITH responsible for helping new
members with experience, knowledge of The Realm,
and items. It is the Honor Guards duty to teach
and train new members how to fight and defend
themselves in battle. They are the trainers of
the Guild and ALL Honor Guard must have a vast
knowledge of all areas of The Realm such as
appropriate weapons for each class, experience
for each class, spell circles, training areas,
and where training schools are etc. They also
must be prepared and able to defend themselves
and their group if jumped in PvP areas. Each
Honor Guard is also responsible for maintaining a
guild vault for the issuing of magic items to new
recruits to be given out at their discretion.
HONOR GUARD CAPTAIN (1:7 ratio per
Honor Guard):
This position is
responsible for the welfare, integrity, honor,
and dedication of the Honor Guard at all times.
They are also responsible for scheduling meetings
for training sessions for new and low level
members. They are also in charge of organizing
events within the structure of the Honor Guard
(e.g. friendly quest competitions).
ZENITH WALKERS (1:10 ratio per
members):
The Zenith Walker
represents one of the most prestigious positions
within the Guild. They stand for all that is of
the utmost good and moral character. As a
requirement they MUST show at all times true
honor, goodness, and friendship in any/all
situations (conversations and battle) The Walker
is the truest defender of The Realm (they are the
Elite of the Elite) They have two paths they may
take as a walker - that of Wisdom and Knowledge
or that of Combat and Defense. Either way they
are highly skilled in all areas of both paths and
the most honorable. They are the cornerstone of
the Guilds integrity, and never at any time
violate the sanctity of this rank.
WALKER CAPTAIN (1:7 ratio per Zenith
Walkers):
This person is of the
highest caliber of the Walkers and leads them
with all the wisdom and honors that only the
truest warrior can show. This person is
responsible for the safety of the entire guild
and the protection of the realms. This person is
also the direct Assistant to the AGM of Internal
Affairs. And responsible for the organization and
welfare of the Zenith Walkers.
GUILD SCRIBE (1):
This person is the direct
Assistant to the Guild Master and is responsible
for all minutes of the Council Meetings and is in
charge of all communication within the guild. The
GM appoints this position. This rank is one of
very high honor and responsibilities as they are
a hub to all that is happening. They shall be
present at all meetings and responsible for
maintaining the highest order of member contact
and ensuring that an open line of communication
is maintained at all times with all members.
Other duties are assigned as per the GMs
needs.
ELDERS (determined by council):
This position is one of
highest position for active/semi-active players.
This position is primarily a place of retirement
for all council members who at their discretion
and the approval of the council may retire yet
still want to be an active member of the council.
They are the wisest and eldest of the guild and
are highly respected. They are advisor s to the
council and have proven themselves to still be a
valuable asset to the council and the GM. This
would be the equivalent of a Hall of Fame or
Guild of Heroes to the honor of the ZENITH.
ASST. GUILD MASTERS (6):
This is the second highest
position within the guild and is of the highest
moral fiber and honor. The job of the AGM is to
help the GM with running the guild and is also
one of the busiest positions within the guild for
they are directly responsible for various areas
of guild affairs. If the GM is not present or
unavailable and an immediate decision is needed
and necessary the AGM has the authority to make
any decision that does not conflict with the
charter and their interpretation of the charter
or the amendments. They have the full backing of
the Guild Master in their decisions w which are
binding and can only be made invalid and
overruled by a meeting of the council and only if
the GM or AGMs deem it necessary to do so.
AGMs are as follows Events, Recruiting,
Internal Affairs, Training, PVP, Treasure.
GUILD MASTER (1):
The Guild Master is
responsible for the entire guild's welfare and
the day to day running of the guild. GM is the
Lord of the Guild. GM also has the right to
delegate and revoke the responsibilities of the
guild that have been giving to those of rank. GM
is also responsible for running of the council
meetings. The GM has final say in all matters of
guild affairs. The ZENITH is a democratic society
in which democracy is the key to success and
shall always be conducted in this format at all
times. GM reserve the right to overrule decisions
made and a hearing shall be conducted if
necessary validate the decision. Remembering one
very important aspect at all times "that one
person does not make the guild, the Guild of the
ZENITH is the collective and cooperative effort
of all members to ensure the Greatness of the
ZENITH".
