B) You do not claim these poems as your own work.

C) You send me the address to your site so that I may have a link from my site to yours.

Having said that, I will not refuse anyone who follows these terms. I don't care how popular/unpopular your site may be, having my poems up on other site is an honor as far as I am concerned.
