Twas in his 42nd summer, did Grouche the Wanderer,

weary of the peace under which he land slumbered, decided

upon a Quest.  To gird himself with knowledge, he would

wander the  lands with the help of his Mage,  Modem,

andher magic Web.   Many lands did he visit, saw sights

both wondrous  and  fair,  fought battles  for his  honour,

andprevailed through many trials.   When, anon, he

reachedLands End.

          Weary from his travels, he spied a great city

upon the shore.  Grouche, his purse quite empty, came

unto theCourt of Rainier, his waresof words to display.

Beneatha smoking mountain,inside a city fair, he enthralled

the Kingdom'speople  magic  words  wove  to please  them,

he found a place to rest.

            One eve,  whilst  spinning  his tales, Grouche

was smitten  by a  member of the court,the fair and gentle

Lady Sweet.   After, at thefeasting, Grouche wove magic

tales for her  only,determined to wooher and win her hand.

Thusdid Grouche labor, neverknowing if  t'would bearfruit,

nightly for the court, and for the Lady Sweet,

Magic were his words.....

         Into her thoughts he crept.  Somehow with out

knowing  his troth she didst accept.  So, as the  leaves

were  turning, the two set out  alone, to find all worth

knowing his Quest they  did not leave.

  Thus we end the beginning, of a tale that has

no end.......
