Aren't they cute!!!!!

This is a very special group of friends. From left to right: Jewel, Jenny, Beau, and Jack.
Jewel is definitely her own character! She is very moody, and somewhat stand-offish. She isn't a real people kind of dog. She is, however, very loyal.
Jenny is the one that everyone falls in love with, upon meeting her. She has a very serene personality, but don't piss her off!!! She is fiercely protective of her family.
Beau is certainly one-of-a-kind! He loves to play, and particularly enjoys rough and tumble games. He lives inside, and is rather spoiled. He is one of the most intelligent dogs I've ever met, and has a large vocabulary. He is a particularly good judge of character, and I rely on his good judgement from time to time. (Trust me, if he doesn't like someone, they just aren't good people! He also has a very direct way of letting both them and me know how he feels!)
Jack is the baby of the bunch. He almost died as a pup, and was the runt of his litter. Jewel is his mother. In saving him from certain death, I formed a strong bond with him. He is such a sweet baby, and very protective!
So, those are my canine babies.

SIMBA

This is my kitty, Simba, he is about 5 years old. He is definitely a "mama's boy", as he thinks he must be in my lap almost all of the time. He is a great cat, though. He is very sensitive to my feelings/moods, and seems to know when I am feeling sad or upset. He behaves in a human-like way at times, touching my face, gently, with his paw and putting his paw in my hand, as if to hold hands. He likes to sleep near my head and sometimes hogs the pillow! He is very loveable, but can, on occasion, be very naughty too! He has, on more than one occasion, attempted to swipe the food off of a fork as someone was trying to eat!
Simba makes it so wonderful to come home, and so difficult to leave!

SIERRA

This is the baby kitty, Sierra. She is about 1 year and 4 months old. (She still has such a baby face!) She is very shy with strangers, and even with people she sees often. I am the only person she comes to for attention, and usually the only person she will allow to touch her. She responds very well to sweet-talk, and will roll around on the floor striking various poses when she hears this.
She is such a strange and loveable kitty!
