The Long Island Gang

GOOD MORNING LONG ISLAAAND!!!

Pete (the honorary Miale) Goldstein can definitally be considered one of my closest friends. I met him at his own birthday party, and gave him two empty halves of a coconut a la The Holy Grail. It was all down hill from there, from Dizzy Dizzy Dinosaur to Howie (the lonely goblin). From spending nights without end in my basement, to spending nights without end walking and hitch-hiking from Q-zar to Massapequa. Pete is the kind of guy that makes you want to hit him sometimes for being so intelligent, but for some strange reason, I've been beating him in chess recently. Pete is also one of the main reasons that this page is being written, I got tired of not knowing what he was talking about. I'll Probably add more to this page on Pete, but for now, I gotta move onto Jim.

Jim Magan is also an honorary Miale. He too has spent a great number of hour toasting in the warm firey hell that we call my basement, and he hates it...but that is another story. Jim can be described as...no.... Jim can be described in one word.....no.....all right, fine, Jim cannot be described. The first time i met Jim,...he barked at me, and scared the crap out of me I might add. Jim is the Pimpdad Prime, and it is his duty to make sure that the pimpdads do not fall apart. He also comes up with some pretty odd theories that most people would have never pondered. He puts reality to shame, and that is why I love him.

Marty Rall is a short & stocky fellow. He used to be a jock, but now he is trying his hardest to convert to a freak...although the ex-jock shines through once in a while. The one thing abut Marty that amazes me is his ability to learn. I got him hired at Grand Union, a supermarket in my town. About a week after I quit he took my job as a front end manager, and this was only about two weeks after he was hired. He learned HTML from Pete, just to rub it in Jim's face. But the two things that Marty takes the cake in are: guilt trips, and trash talking, and because of him...I have built up a tolerance to both.

Dan (the deli man) Ferara was one of those guys that I brought into the group. My fondest memories of Dan come from H. Frank Carey High School, where we basically spent all of our time trying to avoid. Dan and I would do anything to get out of going to class. In fact there were times that he junped out of a window to get out of class just because I was out of class to. Dan is also the man for all you deli needs. He owns a deli which is now known for it's Danwiches. Dan was the guy that made me realize that sometimes fun is a bit more important than school.(for anyone who is still in highschool, and reading this, please disregard that last sentance until you are in college). Dan is also one of my most normal friends, which I dont have too many of.

Tom Lagan...well, Tom is one of the other reasons that I am writing this page. I got an E-mail one day from Tom saying that he wnated me to checkout his webpage. I thought to myself Tom don't kmow the first thing about HTML. So I figure, if he could do it than so could I. But, anyway, Tom is a guy who can best be described as Long Islands response to Joe Pesci. He is short, loud, and not all there in the head. Tom and I had a lot of odd experiences together...but we promised never to speak of that night again. We had a bit too much to drink that night. Nuff said:)

Chris Heinimann is probably my oldest friend. He is one of the only people that I met in grade school that I still hang out with once in a while. i wish I could hang out with him more often, but he is away at school, and so am I. When I do manage to see him, it's usually in a big group of people, or at a party. He was part of the Peppermint Tribe. He played basketball with me and Jason Lopes, and Doug Kelly. Yup, those were the good old days. Now it's a differnt group of people every week, but now I'm off the subject. Well, that's enough on Chris....now we look at......

Rob Eaton....This is the guy who came to my school in second grade and caused a lot of raucous. Rob became my friend almost instantly, and then there was Taco Bell. Well, Rob introduced me to role playing games. We must have played it all, from Marvel to Star Wars. Rob has always been the guy that would face anything for a friend. He has the heart of Forest Gump, and the mind of...somebody smart. And then there were the Eaton Family Picnics...GOOD GAMES, GOOD FUN, AND GOOD EATONS!!!

Brother Anthony Mossa. Mossa...I still believe that this guy is watching over me through the eyes of a stuffed Christmas Garfield that he named Cheesetwong. Mossa was probably the guy that gave me a lot of the self-confidence that I have today. I really never had thought that I could do anything until this guy came along and pointed out just about everything that i could do that other people couldn't. I rarely see this guy anymore. He moved into a seminary and became a Marionist Brother right after high school. And even though I hardly ever see him, I know that Ill never forget this guy... He gave me my name.

James Oliva...Pantara boy...James is Iggy Moonshine, waiter supreme, and the greatest ranter of them all. I'm not quite sure what to say about James. We share many interests...which I cannot mention without getting in trouble with one person or another. He is just one of those guys who makes ya feel kinda good...he's a good friend, even though I don't see him as often as I would like to. I never knew that people who like GWAR could be friendly untill I met him...I didn't know what GWAR was till I met him:)

Sean Thomas...Sean is the origional pimp. He has the talk. He has the walk. And he has the car. Sean is my hospitality college counterpart. We are both majoring in Hotel Restaurant Management. And I can see Sean going far in this business. He's always got a smile on his face. In fact, I can't remember the last time that he didn't have a smile on his face. He kinda reminds me of the Doctor from The Simpsons.

Sam Shine...Sam might be living close to me in Rhode Island. This scares me and excites me. Sam is the kind of guy who would protect me at any consequence. In fact, If Sam was not around one night at Industry, a local industrial club, I would have found my self very severely beaten. I was getting friendly with a girl who had a jealous ex-boyfriend who didn't know Sam was my friend. He told Sam that he was going to kick the crap out of me. Sam's response to that was (polite version) I think not my good sir. I wasn't even looked at the wrong way that night after Sam's comment. Sam is a great guy. He gives white trash new meaning. He's got the couth of bowling ball, and a heart of gold.

Mark (The dirty Columbian) Holland...This is one of the most psychotic people that I know. Mark likes philosophy and violence, and is a perminant resident at the Eaton house. Mark is the kind of guy that likes having fun. In fact, he would do just about anything for a good thrill. And he has an odd, unexpected intelligence that you would not expect from a guy like Mark. I can't remember the first time that I met mark, but it's probably better that way. It's not easy to explain Mark...I'll just leave it at that.

Josh (I cant spell his last name) Alloushe???...picture, if you will a large huggable person who reminds you of a gothic teddybear. This is Josh. I met Josh for the first time at I-con. He was more of a friend of a friend at that time, but them he started hanging out at the Brick (cafeteria). It was then that I found out that me and him had a lot in common. We both liked Magic the Gathering, and we both liked the brick and the people in it. Well, anyway, Josh is very hard to describe. He is a nice guy (almost a bit to nice at times):). And he's got this thing with randomness... He's very good at being unexpected. If you ever want to see Josh, just go to the witches brew and you will find him(99% of the time).

And The Woman...

Marisa Goldburg is one of the best huggers in the world. She just makes ya feel all warm inside. She's also almost kinda like a little sister, but totally not at all like a little sister. I love this girl. She has this thing about her that makes ya go Ahhhhhh...(that was a sigh). She's also a great hugger, and a good writer too. And her personality is..... undescribable. And she's also a great hugger!!!!! And She's great to talk to. I think her brothers have something against me though...oh, and she goes to parties with my little brother...but She'll never admit it.

Margo Eve....Margo is grown up...as compared to the rest of us. She reminds me of how Jim would be if he was a couple years older than us and female. Margo and I have shared a number of interesting experiences. But some things are best when left unmentioned. Well anywayz, Margo is one of the most independant people that I know. She's the kind of person that takes things as they come, for better or worse, and deals with them. And that is one of her best traits, aside from being an overwhelming Lady of power having the ability to weild certain medevil wepons.

Stephanie Vetro...hmmmm....well....Steph is unexplainable. So, I'll just tell you that I was her date to her prom, and I puked on her leg causing her to puke in her mouth, and then out the window. It was the first time I ever drank to get drunk. I was named puke boy for a good time after that.....It was one of those nights that you'd never forget if you could remember it.

Betsy Martin...And then there was Betsy. I met Betsy while I was taking classes at Nassau College. But I really didn't get to know her too well untill she started dating James. Then we really knew Betsy, I think. Betsy is a psyco friend that we all hold dear. I don't see her enough to say anything much else but she is a great person to talk to, if your in the mood for odity.

Tara Mann...is a small crazy person. I met her through Sue...who will be next on this page...Uhhhh, Tara and I were part of a sticky situation that a bunch of us called the web, but i wont get into that. Tara is impeckably cute and has a way of making people smile. She is a good friend, and another very hugable person.

Sue VanArdoy (woohoo...I got the name right!!!)....Here is an individual,if I ever met one in my life. And i have met a great many. I met her at industry. She multicolered hair, which was buzzed except for one patch in the front. Her first words to me were Can i rub your head? I liked her a lot from that point on, but the web was too sticky...Otherwise, she is one of the coolest people that i know. And....Yet again...She is another hugable person.
