Each night before you go to bed instead of watching TV or after you done some reading, write in your journal. Start writing about your day and how you want to see things improve.
Write about what you liked from today. Write down your feelings and let go of anything that is bothering you.
You don't want to harbour negative stuff inside of you while you sleep, so release it gently by writing out anything that is bothering you.
By writing every night you start a new journey to co-creating with the Universe.
Use a journal or a writing pad and jot down in point form or write down in long sentence structure, it doesn't matter. Get it out and on paper.
Write down some ideas of what you want to do on the drive home from work. Write out the outcomes of conversations you would like ... or even that you happen to be at the store that day and get a great price on the shoes you want.
Intentions are what starts the co-creating process.
While you sleep you want to let go of how things will work and just put it out there that these are the results your day will bring.
Make it fun. Don't force this on yourself if you feel it is a struggle.
If writing is too difficult, then just mentally check off a few things before you go to sleep and be consistent about this process.
You can also set up for what you want to happen next week or next month. Start thinking bigger, what steps you need to take in the next few weeks. Write down your dreams, your goals, and what you love to do.
As well, before you go to sleep ask that you have a restful and healing sleep so that you wake up in the morning feeling refreshed, alert and ready to start your day on the right foot. Then go to sleep.
When you wake up in the morning before you get out of bed and still feeling half awake, say to yourself a positive affirmation. Pick one that suits you. Then you can get out of bed and start your day.
Try this: "I am in flow of joy, money and abundance and all things that are good today."
By taking the time each day to focus on what it is you want, you are allowing yourself to be in the best frequency for things to happen.
Remember to be relaxed and breathe deeply if possible to allow in positive energy and to release negative energy. When you take the time to do this at bed time, you are giving yourself more time to set things up for the next day and to ensure a better sleep because you have a game plan set for tomorrow.
So be consistent and practice it each night and be active in creating the life you do want.
Let us know how it goes.
Have a terrific and restful sleep!
