Clear your mind and open your Heart. Then state, "I will only accept that which is of the Light."

Go within yourself. Visualize yourself standing in front of a "tunnel" that is right in front of you. View the tunnel and see if it is "dirty" or "clean". Is the colors of the tunnel bright or dull? If the tunnel is dirty or the colors are dull, then look to your right and you will see a hose. It is a water hose. Turn on the spicket and take the hose and clean out the tunnel until it is clean and the colors are bright. The only thing that will come out of the hose is Christ Light Energy.

Once the tunnel is clean, then turn off the spicket and roll the hose back up. Then walk through the tunnel. When you get to the other side of the tunnel, you will be on a platform. You will see several steps leading to another platform. Go up the steps to the other platform. There you will see many chairs. Sit in your chair and call ask that your guides come and spend some time with you so that you may meet them. There is a door on the back side of this upper platform. They will come through the door and sit in the open seats. Then ask them who they are and what they are here to assist you with. Do not have expectations or anything else. Simply allow it to be.

Once you are finished speaking with them, then thank them for being there with you. Go back down the steps and back through your tunnel back into yourself. Once you are fully back inside of yourself, then open your eyes and it is done.

You will see several steps leading to another platform. Go up the steps to the other platform. To the left of the platform, you will see a cobble stone path. This path will be leading off into a forest. Walk down the cobble stone path and you will hear animals, you will feel a nice breeze. On the left, you will hear a stream. As you continue to walk, you will come across an open field on your right hand side. In this field you will see many sign posts. Each one represents a different past life. Not only here on this planet, but elsewhere as well. Each sign post will have a different word, name, phrase, picture or color on it. Using your Heart center, pick a sign post to go to. Wrap your hands around the sign post and you will view that lifetime. However, not the entire lifetime, only that part of it that you need to see and remember. Once you are finished, let go of the sign post. Once you have viewed a lifetime, whatever is on the sign post, will change. Each time that you go here to view past lives, only view 2 to 3 per time. No more. You do not wish to overload yourself. Do not have expectations or anything else. Simply allow it to be.

Once you are finished viewing your past lives, then come back down the cobble stone path and back to the platform. Go back down the steps and back through your tunnel back into yourself. Once you are fully back inside of yourself, then open your eyes and it is done.
