Take 7 breathes, deeply and completely and slowly. Focus on your Heart Center fully and completely. With each Breath in, breathe in Light and Love from ALL THAT IS. With each breath out, breathe out all worries, concerns and problems. Allow your mind to fully clear from all things. Continue to focus more fully on your Heart Center. Allow the Light to expand outward from your Heart Center, encompassing your entire body and beingness. Feel each one of your cells and atoms of your body expand in a harmony and symphony of Light.
Within yourself say, "I am a being of Light. An expression of ALL THAT IS that is here now in this moment of time and space. I reclaim all that I AM and all that I have been and will be. I allow myself to expand in my expression of the Divine within and without. I release those things within me that no longer serve me and to learn from those things that I need to so that those things can also be released. I claim my Heritage as a Light Worker upon this planet and to complete my mission and my purpose upon this planet, preparing for my Ascension and the Ascension of the people of this planet and this planet herself. I allow Mother Earth to proceed as SHE sees fit, not attempting to interfere in her healing and cleansing process. But rather to give her support of Light and Love from my Heart. I recognize the God/Goddess within all living things and allow them to make the choices that are best for them. Through this, releasing judgment and releasing the need to control others or the choices of others. I reclaim the balance within between the Light and Darkness so that I may move forward in a balanced and centered way towards the Ascension."
Now call upon your Higher Self to merge more fully with your physical, emotional, mental and spiritual self. Feel the merging at the cellular level of your beingness. Allow the energies to activate throughout your cells and in your Heart. Feel the Oneness of ALL THAT IS moving through you and all around you.
Now ask your guides and Higher Self, to assist in putting you in a position to fulfill your mission here upon the planet and to assist in putting you in the position that you need to be to do the things that you have come here to do. To fully move into the role that you chose for this lifetime. To assist in removing any and all fear that may arrise from this moving into your true purpose here upon this planet at this time.
Now, call upon the Violet Transmuting Flames to flow through your beingness, transmuting all things that need to be transmuted, while at the same time releasing all things that no longer serve into the Light. Allow the changes to manifest within your life naturally and without fear or trepidation. To walk your path and allow your Light to shine and to cause beauty and remembrance wherever you go.
Continue to breathe deeply and completely. Nice and even and slowly. Allow yourself to drift back fully within yourself. Feel yourself centered and balanced with a renewed sense of purpose and Light.
