Born to Hungarian minor nobility in October of 1515, VeLaure DuPres was

influenced early on by the french ancestry and multi-cultural tastes of her

blood family. Raised religiously she was seduced and subsequently sired by

her confessor in the 18th year of her life. Once of clan Lasombra she was

buried and initiated into the clandestine pack of what is now known

as Budapest. She remained in the castle of her family until it was sieged

by the invasion of the Ottoman Turks and her Catholic family was put to

death. Escaping with, Piedrich, her seventh generation confessor, she fled

to Italy and traveled throughout the Mediterranean region dabbling in the

court affairs of France, Portugal, and Spain. After Piedrich was killed by

inquisitors in Seville, she fled to London where she was reunited with her

blood sister and fellow Lasombra, SLy`. SLy too had been sired by Piedrich

and had fled Shylnszka without VeLaure's previous knowledge. The two left

England and traveled to the United States and then Canada

where VeLaure married  a relative of sorts to Mssyria.

His name , Feral.

Presently VeLaure can be found either enjoying

the Hotel in Ottawa and it's surroundings ,

VIctoria, or NYC, unless she is taking rest in her family castle

with her husband or sister.

From childhood's hour I have not been

As others were; I have not seen

As others saw; I could not bring

My passions from a common spring.

From the same source I have not taken

My sorrow; I could not awaken.
