To use this layout, save the background image (right click, then 'save background as')then copy the html code (right click, then view source, or just click on view option on the browser, then source)and paste it. Then replace 'your page/link/logo/etc.' with your stuff and there you go. Yeah, its not that great of a layout, but I felt stupid just putting up the wallpaper page.
