The 4 year is a practical year.  You have a lot of work to do, you must put the plans inspirational ideas of last year into concrete form.  You won't have much time for pleasure.  You will be forced, from time to time, to look at things from a material point of view.  You will have to "stay on the job", whether you want to or not.  By putting your sholder to the wheel you will be able to see the accomplishments you have made by the time this year is over.  Organize, manage and put into application matters dealing with business, property, agreements, contracts, papers and legal matters.  Attend to details with patience and honesty.
       This being a practical year, you may experience health and financial problems of your own or your family, but the responsibility with be placed on your shoulders.  Attend to them lovingly and attempt to get orderly results.  This is so you may have freedom and a fuller life next year.  Be careful because you will have to be very thrifty, economical and efficient, little will be gained by trusting to luck.
       Many times during this year your finances will be slow and your expenses high.  Use good common sense to meet all the requirements of this year and come out ahead.  If you allow yourself to be careless, find it too much trouble to manage your finances properly or if you attempt to evade the responsibility and work, you will regret it later.  This will only burden you next year, when you find the problems still present.
       Right now, in the Spring, strike a goal of work and routine and stick to it.  In June you will see a new trend of events, with the possibility of decisions to be made.  Your best time for a vacation is in August.  In September you will have many practical problems but they will show you results.  In October you will see your first showing of the change, activity and new conditions that will occur next year.  Christmas will bring reward for the work done during this year.
      REMEMBER:  Work hard, watch your pennies and have faith that next year will bring much more freedom.
