The Gyrostatic Precession Experiment

First I mounted a gyroscope on a rotating base. Moving the base in one direction made the gyroscope move downward. Moving it the other way caused it to move upward very fast. I first seen this experiment at The JLN Labs site.
Here is the video of the test 188KB avi
Seeing this got me thinking that if I mount a gyro on the other side ,will it cause the rotating base to move up as wel .l I did not think about it anymore. Then I came across Takuya Ishizak site..He has something on Inertial force deviation propulsion system.

So first wanted to see what kind of force am I working with. First I got some fan motors from some old power supply and cut off all the blades. Them I super glued on some CD ROM's. Used a ruler to hold them and a plastic blue cup as the base. It turned out looking like this:

First I started up the CDROM's with 9VDC 300mA, them the final motor in the blue cup.It started up making this weird noise. Them soon after one of the CD's shot off. Keep in mind that the CD was Super Glue to the motor. This is the same stuff that can hold a man up by his hard hat.

In the next test ,I made the arms shorter to it can spin faster (misstake). The CD did not come off all the way. The CD came apart in five to six pieses. The only part of the CD that was left was the small part I glued it to.

More test and infor when I get some more glue.
