Healthy Tips for free!
 
 

       1.   Breathe clean air (HEPA purified and negative ionized), drink clean water
             (distilled...if you need vitamins and minerals, buy them! or eat organically
             grown foods... also if you drink distilled, one tends to get it from stores,  and
             stores tend to produce it using machines...and usually the machine is at least
             50 feet from where you, the consumer fills up your water bottle. Please check
             to see what type of plastic the hose that the water is traveling in is made of!)
             Always watch every little thing!  Increase your awareness!  There's no use in
             buying super-clean water when the pipe that it travels to you in is made of lead.
             Or the bottle you're carrying it in isn't clean! Or the water cooler you pour the
             water into lets aluminum come into contact with the water!  (Am I saying
             anything? NO! of course not!)  Plus if you think that it doesn't really matter what
             type of water you drink, there's new, recent studies that PROVE that there is a
             DIRECT correlation between heavy metals in water and violent crime.)

       2.   Avoid artificial colours. (Some have been proven to help cause cancer, and some
             may provoke allergies)

       3.   Try out organically grown stuff! If you think that THIS is going too far, then ask
             for an ingredients list for a supermarket apple!  You can actually get one!
             (NOTE: Pesticides and herbicides are always free and you can't wash them off,
             no matter how hard you try! The worst is the fruit from foreign countries!!  Many
             of their environmental laws are either not enforced, or money-governed...)
             (Many workers get high-level exposure and end up with majorly deformed
             children...and if they get messed-up from the chemicals they spray on the skin,
             then how much are YOU getting from the fruit that's underneath the skin?)
 
        4.  Try to get 9 hours of sleep every night.  Most people will try to cram in as many
             hours of  reality into their days as inhumanly possible... When you deprive yourself
             of sleep, it WILL catch up on you eventually...  After depriving themselves of a
             couple of hours of sleep per night for a couple of weeks, people will just end up
             being little more than zombies: automatically acting and reacting to reality.
             (Most of the time with little thought involved...)

        5.  Take a really focussed look at how much oxygen you're exposed to everyday
             AND night.  Do you sleep with your bedroom door open or closed?  If it's open,
             does enough oxygen get into your room? (you might think: yeah, of COURSE!
             But, how much oxygen gets into your house?  How much oxygen gets into your CITY? )
             Plus, do you have a carbon monoxide detector?  I mean, one that detects the SMALL
             amounts as WELL as the lethal doses?  Wow! maybe THAT'S why you've been
             sleepy these past few days and your brain power hasn't been enough to squash an
             ant with... DUH!!    (If you think I'm silly, a lot of people have woken up dead.
             Do you want to join them?)

        6.  Stay away from artificial sweeteners.  (I'm not making any rich friends by saying this!)
             Some have crazy ingredients like WOOD ALCOHOL (ethanol)  and
             DIKELOPIPERAZINE (DKP)  (a known agent that causes brain cancer)
             What's the product that the FDA gets the most complaints about?  It rhymes with
              kasper-tame...
 
        7.  Do you have a low sex drive, or everything on your body is stiff except for the area
             between your legs?  Well, why don't you try a couple of things...Ginseng is good!
             Another herb I just found out about is yohimbe. Yohimbe is used by African tribes,
             then they all get together for a week-long orgy!  Avoid using Yohimbe or certain
             types of ginseng if you have high blood pressure!  Also avoid alcohol, traquilizers,
             sedatives, antihhistamines, or narcotics!      Look up Yohimbe!  (The official name
             is "Pausinystalia yohimbe" alternate names: yohimba, yohimbehe, johimbe)
